My marriage with Merlin Gerin Grenoble, daughter of Schneider Electric

Dear Mr. DHOOGE,

I am the founder of Schneider Electric Romania's service.

I started ALONE on 2.02.1998 and I worked ALONE until mid of 2000.

I solved all the DAS (BTP, BTT, AUT, CI, T&D) problems.

I have 10 diploms level 4 of 5 from Grenoble which give me autonomy to repair a lot of Merlin Gerin breakers.

NOW I am the ONLY engineer in Romania with the right to repair these breakers.

Based on my diploms Schneider Romania had the right to repair.

I was a perfect war machine of Scheider.

After mid of 2000 joined the sevice Adrian Oprea.

He took the problems of the electronics like Sepam 1000+, Micrologic, Altivar.

I pushed him to do trainings for these.

In 2007 Adrian came to me and said that our manager Sorin Neagu told him that one of us two must be manager.

Now Sorin says that David Nicholl put Adrian as manager but I remember that Sorin put him.

In 2010 Adrian Oprea as my manager and Claudiu Buca as his manager told me that David Nicholl wants to

put me as dust cleaning manager @ Rovinari, Ford, Dacia-Renault, Sidex, Bepco, Petromidia.

This was A BIG LIE and I wrote an Email to David explaining him how to do the preventive maintenance job.

Of course he didn't understand what happened with me, it was crazy because he never asked me to be dust cleaner.

I repeat - this was a BIG LIE of Adrian who hasn't courage to ask me to clean dust from HIM & HIS manager.

The HR manager Miriana Matei judged me in a disciplinary comission but I was clever and I sent a message TO ALL

Schneider worldwide. Mr. Vice President Marc Coroler called me and told me to do my job as I usually do.

Miriana told me to send an Email to all and to say that everything is ok.

Next 4 years I fought for my right and I was never dust cleaning team manager.

I was never Prodiag test manager. This Prodiag is a level 3 of 5 tool.

It is like I work as technician and not as engineer.

My colleague engineer Liviu Marinica was dust cleaning manager and Prodiag test tool manager.

On 25.04.2014 he gave a message that he is sick about doing false reports in Prodiag.

Adrian Oprea and his manager Florin Anghel decided to give ME this job to do false reports, beginning with

15.05.2014. This is a PENAL matter and I ask them to RESIGN.

On 13.05.2014 I went to Eurotower - head offices of Schnieder and I told them I'll never do false reports like

Liviu Marinica did for 4 years. I didn't resign.

After this I had a very serious health problem. The only responsible for this is Schneider. I have a big health dossier.

I accused Schneider of assassination attempt and I asked more people to resign.

I informed the big clients of Schneider about the Prodiag forgery and about the possible safety problems.

I informed ANRE about the fact that Schnieder Romania is not allowed to repair anything from the old

Merlin Gerin brand and that 3 years they are uncovered. The same for the clients of Merlin Gerin.

On the 8th of June 2017 Schneider Electric Romania SRL registered my list of CLAIMS.

Earlier there were 10 claims, now there are 13. Point 13 could be too much, but 12 points are legitimate.

Schneider Electric IGNORED me. This is the worst thing they've done because I'm pissed off.

I'll do my best to make the whole story public.

And there is a very hot potato about the OMV file, a national security problem.

I have over 500 friends on Facebook who are informed about this story, some being journalists.

I put the story on LinkedIN and I'm sure it is a matter of time to explode on public domain.

Especially on summer when it is a lack of subjects on the net.

I heard about advocates and proceedings to fight against me, but I never hear about somebody to TALK WITH ME.

People are scared about me, this is really crazy.

THERE IS A SOLUTION, SIMPLE AND CHEAP - MY RETURN TO SCHNEIDER AS CONSULTANT (ADVISER).

I COME WITH ALL MY DIPLOMS AND KNOWLEDGE.

We have a story about a ruler, Alexandru Lapusneanu. I strongly recommend to Schneider Electric Romania

to read only the titles of the acts of this theatre story.

I don't intend to do like in this story. There is no revenge. I'll apologize if I used bad language.

We'll work together as team, like we did before my D-day, 6.06.2014.
