A liar, incompetent, proud & fool, Marco Polo diploma (i.e. bullshit), a human waste, scrap like his OPERA:

WHY ?

He didn't check 20 KV instead of 22 KV.

All the covered officers and perpetrators from the gang covered him...

8 transformers, about 200.000 EUR losses...

Nobody tried to fix the problem.

I was never informed because it was a subject of kick ass of Claudiu and his comrade in lies, Adrian Oprea, another human waste...

Somebody tried after a while to sell these 8 transformers ordered in 2007. But the clever outside storage under plastic foil and under the elements made them useless.
In 2010, one transformer was this

As a matter of fact these transformers were put in stock as 20 KV transformers because we didn't have reference for 22 KV !!! Mr. PINK extracted them from the stock one by one until the recycle truck came and solved the problem and washed the buttocks of Claudiu Buttock, changing his status from Cinderella to Snow White...

Under the plastic foil there was permanent humidity, all seasons.

I remember a heavy rain which made a layer of 10 cm of water under the transformers kept outside. For the oil transformer there is no problem, but for the cast resin transformers there is. See next article....
